WTF -- Baltar's father is Worzel Gummidge??

I will miss Adama and Roslin and the rest so much, and I continue to admire the acting from almost everyone, but this series has seriously gone off the rails and is dealing in the most laughable emo clichés.

You're using Worzel Gummidge as...a metaphor?

(because Jon Pertwee's son Sean is an actor, but he's not on BSG *g*)

Heh - yes, a metaphor. Or....hyperbole. Something. I just mean they essentially gave him a painfully-accented Zummerzet farmer for a dad. Who reminded me of Jon Pertwee playing a scarecrow with a heart of gold. *g*

Oh-er, right you are, zizter. :)

full disclosure: I'm not really a BSG fan, but I *did* actually see that episode and...you're right! *g*

Wut!? Raya you're crazy! The show is as awesome as ever, although I have no idea how they're going to wrap everything into a nice, neat little package tonight and I'm hoping they do, somehow, because I would hate for there to be loose ends JUST so we'll watch the cylon spin-off that I have no interest in.

Also, as an aside, I *love* Roslin's crow's feet. Have you ever noticed them? I want wrinkles that beautiful when I get older.

You must have a higher tolerance for narrative cliche and shitty pacing than I do :D
