Ha, this is my plan for today - pierogi with mushrooms and mozarella. Of course, the whole dinner would taste a lot better if I could enjoy it with such beautiful boys :P

is it a lot of work, it seems so, when I came back from NYC, I bought a cook book and the recipy is in there, but it just seemed like so much work...
Is it? Otherwise, I will try it, It sounds nice...

Pierogi are easy to make but it's definitely time-consuming, the cutting of the dough, adding the stuffing, glueing them together - meh, too much hassle :P

I never buy the ready-made frozen pierogi but I have a nice little place around the corner of my home and they make delicious pierogi, just like home-made.

I'm a huge fan of the lazy route :P

Yeah, well, I guess I can ask my Polish Household Manager, she could probably make them or know where to buy the good ones in the city. We have a very large Polish community and a lot of Polski sklep.
