so I totally missed the February challenge of H/C Bingo. But I was just in time, so here is my card:

hmm, maybe Neal and Peter are stranded (wild card) somewhere, and Neal has an infected wound, so Peter has to sort it out for him, which is painful (forced to hurt someone) but Neal has been so lonely for so long that he's starved of touch and Peter touching him to sort his wound makes him all emotional?

Neal has an infected wound alright... I didn´t have enough time to make it a longer story since I have a very busy week, so I wrote a fic but will think of this prompt for another challenge or fic...

Neal/Peter have been captured and isolated(touch starved after being brutally tortured. Peter/Neal launch a solo search. They are forced to treat a badly infected wound. Looks very promising. May be you can also use a slave fic to incorporate the prompts Peter and Neal are slaves who are forced to fight one another
