Okay, so like how much did I love this episode? SQUEEEE!!!!!!! I think it's become my favorite from season 4, and that is definitely saying something. :D I don't even think I have anything negative to say. Lol.

Glad to see that John and Teyla seem to have fully mended things. I loved how sweet John was with her, making her sit down, etc.

Quarantine is one of my favorite episodes too, with Tabula Rasa. But it's quite difficult because all the episodes are really good.

It was sweet to watch Ronon and Keller spending time together. The scene at the end in the mess all was very funny (J&T are blind around each other but when it comes to their friends, they can be pretty smart ! lol.)

Radek and Sam had funny scenes too. I'm not a sadist but I could watch Radek fall from the ventilation indefinitely !

John climbing the city was awesome. No vertigo at all, for sure. I like Lorne and Chuch's comments when he comes in. And Teyla scared me when she climbed as well through the window ! By the way, the 'baby kicking'scene made my heart melt... and sink.

As for Rodney... well, he screwed up. Nothing new ! lol. Poor Katie.

Tabula Rasa is near the top of my list too, as well as Missing. :)
