It's been 2 weeks since I went to the Tegan & Sara concert. Embarassingly, I've yet to finish writing up my review. (I fully blame all the homework and studying.) I meant to ask how the Concert went, I hope you had a good time. How are things going?

Sorry I haven't been around much, freaking family drama and all that crap, but things have calmed down now so I should around more.

The concert was fantastic. :D Do you listen to Tegan & Sara at all?

Things are going fine, though if possible things are more busy this year than they were last year. Most of my classes aren't bad, it's just the amounts of homework and the stupidity of some profs. In one class I have a midterm on the Monday of a week, and an assignment due the Wednesday. Normally profs are nice enough that they don't assign something due the week of the midterm. But what's worse is that the assignment material is on the midterm, so we have essentially 5 days to do it instead of 7.

Lol. Sorry, didn't mean to vent that much.

How is school going for you? Also, you have a different roommate, right? How's that working out for you?

--Thanks. :) As for T&S... yeah, not everyone likes them. :)

School’s been crazy around here as well; I have to declare my major at the end of the semester, as well as start making some decisions about grad school very soon and that seems to have been overshadowing everything lately. I’ve been kinda thinking about Law school lately, so I would have to chose a major that could in for pre-law, luckily Internationally Studies is one of them.
--Declaring your major... sounds like it could definitely be stressful. I never had to do any of that since I'm in a specialization program. Basically they tell me what courses to take each year in order to get my degree, and that's that. What year are you in? Third?

My new roommate…*sigh* we get along okay I guess, better than Carrie and I did at least. The only thing is she’s constantly pestering me about my friend Cameron who usually comes up here to visit me on the ( ... )

:D I can't wait to finish writing up the review. I did start it last week, but I was doing it in the library so I could use their internet, but then the library closed down and I had to leave, and I've barely had a chance to think about it since then.

School is... going. Lol. It's super, crasy busy unfortunately, and I know it won't slow down until about mid November, but I'm sure I'll hang in there. How's school going for you? Did you find out how you did on the test?

I got a 'C' on my first exam but the professor said she'd drop our lowest grade, so as long as I do better on the rest of the exams (I have my 2nd on tuesday), I should be fine. :) School, well, blah. I have a lot to do and like you, it's crazy busy and not sure when it'll quiet it down.

Very interesting. Rihanna isn't really my kind of music so I def like the T&S version better. It seems an interesting choice for them to cover, so very different from them and maybe that's why. :) Thanks for sharing that :) I like the White Stripes cover, I think that is pretty darn cool!
