Its been eight months since the last time Angelo threw a party. The last one was in Hartford, and there are still lingering questions about who did what with whom, and why exactly there needed to be a vomitoreum. I'm lucky that I'll be barely able to afford this trip (since I pay for Steve as well). I have no idea if I'll be able to meet either of the dress requirements, though. Lack of extra spending cash and clothes that are too big/too small will do that.

*shrug* If I can, I can. At least, I'll be there. (Barring catastrophe in the next week or so, that is.)

This is why the dress code has an out. Wear something stylin' and your good. I know you've got some decent stuff you've busted out for Evelyn and/or Asha in the past. :)

You missed the "either" in the part where I said: "I have no idea if I'll be able to meet either of the dress requirements, though."

A lot of what I've worn for Evelyn and/or Asha in the past is too big now. Like really too big. I lost more weight (or gained more muscle...not sure which...probably the latter...anyway).

Here's hoping I've got something buried away. *crosses fingers*

See what you can sort out. I think, earlier in the day before game, we're going to drag some people up to Jackson Heights (a few subway stops away from our apartment in Queens) to do some last minute hunting for props, comstuming accents, and so on. Its the largest Indian neighborhood on the east coast, there's all kinds of cool shit in the shops. Much of it affordable, particularly if you're only looking for accent piece to add to an exisiting oufit.

Alternately, you could post to your LJ and see if anyone can loan you a Saree. They're pretty flexible as far as sizes go, and between all the women in the Cam we know, I'm pretty sure there are about a billion of them floating around.
