Yes Nessa is so amazing at it, they were even better than I imagined.

I work at a call center here for Wachovia. So I answer the phone all day, pretty much doing whatever you'd call your bank for... And people can get pretty nasty even when they know whatever happened was their fault. Mostly I laugh about it, but it wears you down over time. Ya and I agree, I have to keep working bc I don't want to live at home and... well it's my motivation to finish college as well. Where do you work mah dear?

Ooh fun fun. I loathe customer interaction. They always shoot the messenger. I work at a grocery store as a lovely cashier lady :P & I always have to put up with people bitching about prices & I'm like dude, I just ring it up I don't make the prices. I just put on a happy face & ignore them.
