I don't believe in soulmates. I believe in the potential for a number of compatible people. I don't worry about 'the one that got away', but I do feel sad about moments not seized upon, from time to time. Not very much, though, because I know that there were very good reasons for not pursuing them. What I mostly regret is that I don't seem to be compatible with very many people at all - in this quarter of a century: no one.
