Quick Update.

Signed my lease yesterday, beginning to move some stuff today. Don't have a refrigerator or a stick of furniture, so can't totally take residence yet. Besides, the gas won't be connected until Tuesday. But maybe next weekend! I remain hopeful that I can get what I need without having to spend too much money, as my budget is (no surprise here)
