Yay!

I love my class. Even that one ADHD kid that everyone pointed to and warned me about. I may be naïve (and if so, boy howdy, it would be the last thing in the world I could possibly still be naïve about) but I do honestly believe there is no such thing as a bad child.

Yay! I am glad that you had a great time; and sometimes the parents are the worst thing about teaching. It never fails to astonish me how wonderful kids can sometimes have the most rotten parents/home life; I guess it's a testament to human character. (Then you get the other sort...)

When I taught high school I always said that I counted any class a success in which the children don't set fire to each other. This makes it easy for me to claim so far that all my teaching has been very much a success!
