Maple Dijon Chicken

I'm trying to find more recipes that I can use with my Crock Pot. It's so hot here right now, so standing over the hot stove, or even using the oven, just seems like such overkill. It makes it so hot in the house, and then I have to run the air conditioner more just to keep a relatively cool temperature. Add to that the fact that cooking dinner

My mom got a new crock pot cookbook a couple of weeks ago and has made something in her crock pot almost every day since she got it. So far there hasn't been a single bad recipe. It's called Make It Fast, Cook It Slow if you want to check it out. :)

Oh that's funny! The person that wrote that book is who I'm getting the recipes from, it's just from her 'a year of slow cooking' blog. :D

Our absolute favorite has been the Asian Peanut Butter Pork. We almost made ourselves sick because we couldn't stop eating it!!
