New Layout + Header!

Bad news, there's still no new icon/graphics update...

But good news, NEW LAYOUT + HEADER! (credits on the profile, BTW) It's gonna be the layout set for summer '09. Comments on it aren't necessary but nice. But either way, I promise for there to be a regular icon dump soon~
