So remember kiddos, when updating 150Gigs of files on an external drive formatted FAT... the --modify-window=1 flag is your friend.

Err, yeah, the timestamp granularity on FAT volumes is crap. Thankfully, I no longer remember which bits get stored where, but I remember that it sucks.
