Out of curiosity, why are you reshooting Sundae?

I shot it on outdoor balanced film but forgot to put a filter on the lens so the white balance is off. After doing all the post on it (whitening whites, saturating the reds, cooling the skin tones, smoothing the skin, removing most of the background, lightening some shadows, switching out sundaes for one form another shot) I was really unhappy with the quality of it when printed on large scale, which is how I want the final piece to be.
