I haven't told you what automail is, yet?

Nope, can't say that you have.

THEN I MUST LEARN YOU IN THE MOST AMAZING FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY EVER!

Technology?

You mean like Fon Technology?

I don't know what Fon Techonlogy is, but I can tell you I'm a mechanic!

See, automail is a metal prosthetic that attaches directly to the nerves, allowing ther artificial limb to function like a real one!

Really?! I had no idea!

That's amazing, Winry! You have to show me everything you can about automail! I love technology!

Next time I visit I'll bring over a prototype to show you!

Fantastic! And I'll give you one of my books on fon technology! It explains all the basics and it's uses in our world!

I can't wait to take a look at the prototype, would there be anyway we could disassemble it so I could look at its parts?!

I'd love that! Oh, I can't wait!

Of course! It's what it was made for!

Me either!

I want to examine how the mechanical parts interface with the nerve endings and just pick the whole thing apart to its base components! This is going to be so amazing!

Oh, I promise you'll never be bored with automail! There's always something new and interesting to learn!

And you say it's used as a prosthetic for limbs? How far can the applications go? Can it go further and replace internal organs? Has any progress been made on that front? What else is there?!

Automail has not gotten to the point where it could replace internal organs, however I do believe there are an elite group of mechanics working to further that area of study.
