Over on Facebook and Twitter, I have refrained from commenting on most of the statuses about the death of Osama bin Laden -- on either side. I'm trying to let people respond to the news how they need to. I've liked a few posts but have mostly remained silent on the issue online. Honestly, it has been made clear by the media (take with a grai of salt) and by people in Congress, both Democrat and Republican alike, that this was a team effort and that Obama was the one who ultimately had to make the decision. A hard decision which could easily have gone wrong. But he trusted his team and they all tok the chance together.
That's heroic in my book. That Obama made a hard decision and those team members were with him on it and they all had the courage to see it through.
That's the bottom line for me.
But that's just my two cents. People out there will bend anything and everything to suit their own needs...and that is sad. Whatever happened to the team?
