Week 0: 1 mile in 24 mins.
Week 2: 1 mile in 20:14 mins/secs.
Week 4: 1 mile in 16:45 mins/secs.

Woohoo! Am rehabilitating myself (post debilitating depression/virtual immobility) pretty well. In weeks 0 and 2 I mostly held onto the HRM
as a kind of walking frame. Week 4 I had just done 20 mins of yoga/physio, so was able to walk without support for 80 ( Read more... )
