This often works for me, it may not work for you.
1. How do I feel? Answer in 10 words or less.
2. Tell yourself it's ok to feel. Remind yourself that this will change.
3. Take ACTION. This could be doing something you're nervous about, could be having a rest, making a cup of tea.
