There is though, an application called Wordscraper which is almost the same, only the scoring is a little different :)

The scorings have to be the same for me, I'm mostly about the scrabble strategy... plus I want to practice for when I enter tournaments.

I've been using wordscraper, but you have to set up the board yourself to be the same as scrabble. It's by the same people.
