bethanthepurple and foibey have just left the house; Bethan to go back home to Birmingham, Phoebe to go to speak to some older lesbians at a conference in Manchester. So I'm on my own. It was great having Bethan round :-)

I'm going to Pilates later followed by a short swim. I'm a bit nervous; just part of the anxiety thingy
