Moving is stressful, it will all come out in the wash, and I like the shipping forecast because it's repetitive.

Moving is indeed stressful. In the past 5 years, I have moved 8 times, and 5 of those times has been since the separation just 5 months ago. I will be moving again at least 2 more times in the next 3 months as I try to re-settle in the USA with help from family.

Just to keep it all in perspective, in 2002, I got married, started a new job and moved house, all within 5 days. So it can't be as bad as all that. :^/ Chin up!

Ah, well mine is being drawn out over 4 weeks you see. I have moved a lot too, though I've been in my old/current place for 4 years.

I'm pretty happy, it's exciting to get somewhere that will likely be permanent. Plus I have BiCon to look forward to and good stuff happening in my relationships.

Good to know you're handling it OK. 4 weeks is a very long time to be between homes. The stuff you want is always at the other place!

Ah, well I've got that covered. At my new place I have a very small amount of furnishings, basic bathroom things, two boiling rings, a pan, coffee, cups, biscuits, pens and paper. At my old/current place I have everything else. I move on 24th and will have lots of help.
