I believe in the gods of the Discworld. Just as I believe in Q from Star Trek TNG (what an arse he is) and the various detectives in various crime fiction books/dramas. "entitlement christians" ???

Tried googling and WikiP, but didn't get much of an idea, apart from the fact that there seems to be some "entitlement" that some U.S Xtreme Xtian think they have.

Would I be right in guess it's like a 'god/state given right to evangelise (and comdemn/hate-speech) to all, in whichever manner they please, including crossing the boundarys of public, group and personal consent'?

It's a phrase I have come up with myself. Like EB (Entitlement Bitches) who think that they are entitled to have x product in the shop that is out of stock/never been sold there and promise to sue or never come back to the shop (I am a customers_suck fan).

'god/state given right to evangelise (and comdemn/hate-speech) to all, in whichever manner they please, including crossing the boundarys of public, group and personal consent'? Yeah, that's right, plus the 'this is a christian country, I therefore have a right to shove it down your throat' and I also wanted to distinguish between general christians and ECs. Not all Christians are ECs.
