Seems like I'm back on track again. sazzlette left today, and we spent some pretty amazing time together here. I will post a couple of pictures, cause we were in the Zoo and it was fucking amazing :D

Awe I can see where you're coming from. I was kind of all which-way crazy when I watched it. I was talking to someone and flipped out on them. It's hard to put a finger on exactly what I was thinking other than 'holy shit' good and bad.

And I agree the that's sick comment was a little harsh. I mean, I'd rather they had him just make a funny face and like awkward silence between them for a moment.

I'm glad to hear your auctions did good and that you had a good time with your friend! Zoos are awesome :) And congrats!!! That's AWESOME =D (the lims thing!)

It's hard to tell yeah, but I felt seriously violated. I felt like they showing in my face that what I'm doing is disgusting, and thanks no thanks. I'm not that grossed out by the mention of fandom especially in the way they did it, but it just feels a bit surreal. I liked the episode a lot, and obviously there were funny injokes that we could rant forever, but the mention of slash made me shiver. I could completely would live without that.

I'm a bit younger than a lot of people and I started in slash when I was 11, more so when I was 13. When I was 14 I broke down and told my mother because I'm not used to hiding things. Granted, it's years later and she doesn't know I'm still big into it but I think it was a gentle process of learning that I'm okay and it's okay. My mom wasn't disgusted with me, or angry. I think that for me made me feel much better. She didn't love me less and she matters so much more than all those other people out there

Uhm funny enough I got into slash only 2-3 years ago, reading J2. I never even knew it existed before. I mean before Supernatural. I never shipped slash couples or gay for that matter. But Supernatural just opened a can of worms for me and since then I love it. My mum I think knows as I showed her one of the pictures I painted for bigbang.

And I think my dad knows too that I like pretty boys, but they say at least I like the boys, and pretty boys being sexy.

And lately I had a friend (guy) who I could talk about slashy stuff and I found it really hard. Especially that he is my RL friend and he is not in fandom although I started to watch SPN with him and at least he knows what I'm talking about.

Well conclusion in my own ranting comment, that I don't feel confident sharing with RL/nonfandom people what I'm doing. They just don't get it.
