[There's a black cat with bright red markings stalking around the general vicinity of Albright Lane today, just watching people walk by. Its tail sways idly and somewhat awkwardly behind it. Even though Orin has woken up with her master nowhere to be found and trapped in her cat form, there's still something to be said for all the potential corpses

...also a bit lost, because the fuck is all this white stuff everywhere and why has it obliterated all the landmarks.]

[It's a little hard to make out, but Orin is about 99% sure that's Okuu. She'd recognize her best friend anywhere. So she meows as loudly as she can, swishing her tail excitedly (but still awkwardly; she's not used to only having one).]

[She stops to hover anyway, little feathery ears on her head perking up immediately.

There was a cat down there! But it only had one tail, and no ribbons...

It did have the right red markings, though.

This warranted closer investigation! Okuu circles down a bit closer.]

[Orin meows again, hopping onto the nearest object. She holds one paw up in the air, to beckon Okuu over.]

[ Hello, Kitten! Meet your new neighbor! Lust is currently sitting on the porch, sipping some fine lemonade and, as always when her silence is about to be disturbed, reading a newspaper! You're free to come over and bother her anytime you feel like though. She encourages it and should be visible from Rin's home if she chooses to look from a window. ]

[Bothering people is always a thing Rin is up for! She finds her way out of the house and slinks into the yard next door, meowing plaintively to get her new neighbor's attention.

She doesn't have a way to communicate with Lust (or anyone but Okuu, really), but if she's going to be stuck here she should at least check out the surroundings. Hopefully her neighbor likes cats. If not, well, Rin's pretty good at running.]

[ Lust notices the cat and instantly decides there's something unusual about it. The red tint applied to the cat that's a similar color to her tattoo, and the weird eyes that look like hers when she regenerates them may have something to do with it.

She looks at the cat and offers a soft smile, placing down the last of her soft pastry on the floor to lure the cat. ]

Ah, hello, kitty.

[Free food? Rin is all over that. She approaches nonchalantly and meows as a gesture of thanks before digging in.]

[Al had just been heading home after his first day of school, when he sees...

HIS EYES LIGHT UP! He crouches down, extending a hand and beckoning to the little cat.]

Here, kitty kitty.

[Rin approaches him without a second thought, sniffing around Al's hand. He seems like a nice guy, which is good enough to earn her curiosity! If it turns out he's just playing nice she an always skedaddle.]

[His heart is practically exploding in his chest as he crouches further down to pet the cat lovingly.]

Aren't you lovely, kitty? Are you lost?

[Orin nods her head. She's also of the opinion that she's pretty lovely.

And she's lost too, which is probably the more important of the two things.]
