Well, humans are around 70% water, plus girls have a higher body fat percentage. So everyone is basically attracted by fat and water, shrug. Also by bones apparently since everyone is so keen on being skinny as heck these days.

I think girls gain fat in their breasts more if they have higher estrogen levels which could be an indicator of fertility...? /doesn't remember bio class
