Anniversary

Today is the 1910th anniversary of the assassination of the Roman emperor Domitian. Intrigued by the astrological features of this event, I wrote a short article about it a while back, and then found someone else had written a longer one. I see elements of both the self-fulfilling prophecy and superstition here. (Yes, I am referring to Astrology as a form of superstition.) It seems entirely logical that anyone who wanted Domitian out of the way would be best served to do it in the manner prescribed by his horoscope, because it seems evident that he was not the only one aware of what his horoscope foretold. IMHO.
