Worldcon, again

Yesterday was my heavy panel day, in that I was on one with ianmcdonald, Ian McLeod and James Lovegrove at 10 am on "The Breakup of Britain", and then moderating another with a more European theme at 11 with Harry Turtledove, Jon Courtenay Grimwood, Keith Brooke and Patrick Gyger. Very comprehensive! Well done. If you manage to find out who won the James White Award, and who won the bidding for Eurocon 2007, you'll make me very happy indeed. Obviously I've an eye on the Hugos also, but I'm presuming you'll be reporting on that.

Must talk to you at some stage about the possibility of writing your news pieces for Irish SciFi News, if you'd like to do that.

The Danes won the bid for Eurocon, unfortunately - must edit the entry to put that in.

Just now said hello to davesangel and her mother, but their lips were sealed about the James White Award...

It really is remarkable how many parallel cons were running this weekend - I had a very busy and immersive con and STILL managed to miss all your fascinating panels, and Ken's if it comes to that.

I also totally failed to find a copy of Dilvish the Dammed in the dealer room...
