...When a Category 5 hurricane hits a major coastal city.
We've been lucky. I know it doesn't look that way, viewed from Houston and Puerto Rico; but they were Cat 3 and 4 respectively.
Hurricane Andrew made landfall in Florida at Cat 5, but the wind field was relatively small and missed the major cities.
It's a history of near-misses and we're seeing bigger storms, with increasing frequency, year on year.
