I am slightly bemused by this one.

The sitting Tory Cllr in the ward next to mine has died, but the by election has been delayed as the leader of the local Tories is busy out of the area, so we've got more time to get ourselves together and campaign.

He's my local Cllr in my ward. In Brighouse, West Yorkshire. His name's Scott Benton (@SL_Benton), and he's busy being the candidate in this seat and campaigning for it.

I know there might be some weird changes due to possible DUP fallout but a paper candidate from Yorkshire is actually spending time campaigning over there. From these numbers there's no way he's got a chance, is there?
