Shame on me! Only two! But what about other books by Ursula Le Guin? Points for those, right?

35 for me plus some I can't remember if I've read and others where I've definitely read other books by those authors.

Several more are on my to-read pile, and I gave up on Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell after several chapters.

It is really hard going, I eventually enjoyed it but it took about 2/3 of the way through before I really got into it. If you liked the idea at least, her short story collection 'The Ladies of Grace Adieu' is well worth checking out, I found the style much more accessible and enjoyable in short form.

39, plus a handful more where I have other books by the authors, and a good few names I know and know why I have read the books (or not). But I'm impressed by 20 or so writers I have not heard of - I am not used to not recognising writers' names in this area - and will be checking some of these out.

So well done, list compilers.

Well, I feel the shame. Only 3 for me, but I've read more by the authors I ticked and I have a whole host more from the list on my to-read shelf. But I feel kind of sad about my result.
