Hey,

Cadastrals are just a form of Property Ownership registration. Lots of issues between the Kosovar and Serbian authorities regarding the seizure of lands by the former from citizens of the latter.

If cadastral records are not such a big deal, it should be pretty easy for Serbia to return them!
