The Hugo Voter Package includes five novels and five short stories by this year's nominees for the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer. That's pretty much my judgement too, including the placement of No Award above MHI.

Unlike you, I've not read Zoo City yet, but on the other hand I was favourably impressed by Moxyland and managed to say so to the author back at Eastercon.

(In case people wonder, she says her name rhymes with 'mucus'. Or 'Lucas' if that seems too gross.)
