A dozen Big Finish plays

I've finally caught up with the current run of Big Finish audio plays, and have resolved that in future I'm going to do them individually as I listen to them, as I do with books. Though I think that Time Vampire review you linked to maybe goes a little over-the-top, I did enjoy the line, "Except we mustn't - because it's a story about ruddy time vampires."

I think Solitaire would work fine if you had no idea who the Toymaker was-- you'd be in the exact same boat as Charley! And I think they get away with an eighth Doctor Companion Chronicle because even though he's an active Doctor, they don't (and seemingly won't) be doing any more plays set in this particular era. You could also get away with an Evelyn, Erimem, or (God forbid) C'rizz one for similar reasons.
