Now we wait on the imaging results. Schrodingers cat, or in this case Schrodingers MR images have been taken, the uncertainty principle no longer applies, and my stomach is in knots, it will be until the results are back.

Fingers crossed.

We got good cultural news: the Staph A that they cultured from her upper sinus was NOT MRSA, which was the result the infectious diseases team kinda expected, but perfect to have confirmation. Which means that stopping the kidney-damaging Vancomycin is fine. This is good news. The two other abx she is on should have full spectrum coverage for ( Read more... )
