testdrive here again

[ this would be a normal testdrive, except not really.

You have exterminated the latest walking terror of decaying flesh that tried to get up in your face and-- where the hell is this even? You're pretty sure you weren't in some kind of random city infested with undead. Where you were? You were standing on top of some random, decrepit building. This ( Read more... )

[You liked the undead. Well, the kind that sucked blood not the rotting flesh kind. Those were just annoying and messed up your fashionable clothes. As the last one was sawed in half by your chainsaw (better clean the lipstick afterwards) but.

Jegus. Vriska's there. Not the person you were looking for. Still feeling bitter, you say nothing and hope she didn't notice you chainsaw that undead monster in front of her.]

[ You recognize the sound of that chainsaw from anywhere, and thus it is hard for you not to immediately direct your attention to the source. Just the person you wanted to see! Although you cannot help but feel unsure due to recent events, you do not let any of that show on your face or body language. Instead, you wear a confident smile as you approach her as you happen to notice a distinct lack of glow and a certain accessory. ]

Kanaya! What a relief. I thought I was going to 8e here allllllll 8y myself forever! I guess it's not at least a little 8ear8le here, even though it still kind of sucks.

[She did notice you. Of course she did. Well, a girl could hope. You examine the handle of your chainsaw, wondering how long it's going to take you to clean the blade. You don't want that goop on it when you change it back into a tube of lipstick. Yuck.

As for Vriska, it's doubtful being completely silent is an option so you say one word,] Maybe

[ Ok, it would be a lie if you had said you were expecting that kind of response. You had still hadn't gotten used to your...morail, ex-morail? (something you had hardly acknowledged before anyway) kind of new habit of responding in short sentences. Needless to say, you still kind of to a still sizeable degree believe that things are going to go your way somehow. Maybe you need to tone that habit down a bit. ]

I'm sure there's some clean water by the way, in one these houses. Although I 8et we will have to clear this whole section here out of these disgusting, hideous walking things.

[ You roll your eyes at that, because these monsters are so below your level here. So much so, you have to reiterate that eight times. ]

What were you doing 8efore you arrived here anyway?

[Except Terezi's kicking ass and taking names with her cane. She'll be on the top too, and finishing off another zombie before whirling and wrinkling her nose in in disgust.]

[ These things were a joke to someone like you, one roll of your dice and already they were toast!

You can't help but smile when you see the arrival of your ex-partner. Clearly, there is a reason for everything. Even in places involving hellholes (sort of a welcome but also not welcome distraction) filled to the brim with the walking dead. ]

Yeah, these things sm8ll like crap. Hey, doesn't this remind you of something?

Awwww LOL we both know either way it would be awesome 8D br8kspider March 29 2011, 00:33:19 UTC
[ Wow, this is a new kind of hell you're not in the mood to deal with. As a member of the undead crumples before your spectacular awesome, you are compelled to just. Go somewhere else. For many reasons. ]

Well, look around you. I think you have gotten your answer. For some reason, I can't escape this place either.

is there s0me reas0n y0u think y0u sh0uld be able t0 escape it?

[You're quite certain Vriska deserves this anyway, even if you don't have strong feelings about it right now. If it were possible to feel anything other than apathy and rage, you would likely be enjoying this]

[ This is absolutely unfair, you shouldn't have to deal with this. But you have to. You are beginning to suspect that you are being dealt with the start of some karmic retribution. The way in which it is happening though is ridiculous and you won't accept it. ]

Argh. Well yeah, I did get all of the levels. All of them.

That should 8e enough of a good reason in my opinion.
