Artist/Song: The Parlotones | Stardust Galaxies
Fandom/Pairing: BSG | Adama/Roslin
Authors Note: This crazy about_time Battleship has me doing crazy things! This is my first fanvideo ever and it was HARD! And time consuming. 20 points seems way too low for this effort! Anyway, I hope it's not horrendous. Go Team!Laura!!

Lovely. Really lovely. I wouldn't even know where to begin making a vid!

Thank you! It always seemed too intimidating to try before but it was less scary than I thought it would be. Verrrry time consuming though AND I`m a bit of a perfectionist so I still want to go back & change things!
Definitelty not starting another one too soon!

OH MY!! THAT WAS FANTASTIC!! Great work!! Beautiful choice of songs. It really fit them perfectly. So many wonderful moments you chose and I love how you arranged them. Excellent job!!

As someone who's made a few vids, I totally agree with you. They take a loooooooooong time to make and it was most likely longer for you since you used stills instead of clips!! Phew!!

I'm sad, I responded to your comment earlier today but I just came on here and my reply has vanished! So sad

Well, I think I said something about how I've wanted a vid to this song/band for quite a while and finally decided I just needed to make it myself! Of course, I have no idea how to get moving clips [someone explained it to me once but it seemed wayyyy too complicated] so I used stills. And yes, they are more time consuming! I kept thinking while working on it: if only I had the video clip of this scene this would be SO MUCH EASIER! haha.

But it came together in the end and I'm glad you like it!

That was a beautiful vid. I like how you used still clips but keep the frame moving all the time, it made for a very unique and interesting effect. Also, get song choice; it fits A/R perfectly.

Thank you!
Yes, the stills were more of a forced choice since I don't know how to get moving clips, but I'm glad it still felt "in motion". I didn't want just a montage of pictures, so hopefully that worked!

And I love the song too! This band has many great a/r songs and I finally decided I just needed to figure out how to make the videos myself since the bad is a bit obscure.
