I've had a really horrendous headache since lunchtime, and it really, seriously, kills. My eyes can't focus properly, and it's like someone's stabbing me in the head with a needle repeatedly

I know what those headaches are like. I'm prone to migraines. A warm room with dimmed lights and a squishy duvet + lots of painkillers should do the trick!

Well, I had a warm room with dimmed lights and a squishy duvet and my DVDs, and it seemed to do the trick, thank God. :)
