I find myself quite incensed in the wake of last summer's pertussis outbreak in California, followed by the debunking (and loss of medical license to practice) of Andrew Wakefield, to continue to see celebrity parents encouraging parents to refuse vaccination for their children

I see the benefit of vaccines every day, and the great risk of not vaccinating. Humans today in our nation have never experienced the horror of an epidemic. Thank you for being intelligent and spreading the word of how vital vaccinations are.

Well the vaccine schedule is set up to get the infants body producing antibodies quickly and provide long term protection
