It's even funnier imagining the actors say those lines. Though not as funny as Clint singlehandedly slaughtering whole divisions of the German army or Dick Burton trying to explain the whole plot of the movie to his rather bewildered Nazi prisoners :D

I know it! The different between book-Schaeffer and movie-Schaeffer... *shakes head* Ironically, I rather like both. The movie has its wacky bits, but I really do enjoy it. There wasn't any need to make it a kill-fest, though. Book-characters made a point of not killing enemy soldiers, if at all avoidable.

I'm least fond of the way the movie dealt with Mary and, to a lesser extent, Heidi. I could cheerfully dispense with movie-Mary, but I really like book-Mary. And book-Heidi is awesome.
