After being poked by fancyfrocks, here's a bit of info on the dress I made for the guild's Georgian Picnic. WHILE moving, working, rehearsing, reenacting, etc. First post here!

I love how the dress turned out! The fabric is just perfect. I'm glad you all had such a fun day! Now I have a question, how exactly *do* you sew the drawstring channel while being historically correct? Is it just rolled on itself? Or do you sew on a casing?

Yay! It was fun to read more about the dress, and it was totally gorgeous in person! I really need to make this dress pattern someday too. I would love to use a pattern that included so many notes on historical construction.
