Trailer

By now I'm sure everyone who wants to has seen the trailer for Deathly Hallows.  I'm excited.  This looks like it's going to be the closest to canon of any of them.

It really does look like her! It wouldn't surprise me if she took a small role in a movie, sort of like Alfred Hitchcock.

It does look like her - and if it wasn't a named part she might have just done it. I know they asked her to be Lily in the mirror in the first movie, but she wasn't comfortable with that.

Nora Roberts appeared recently in a TV movie based on one of her books. She was an 'interested onlooker' gawking at a house on fire. It wasn't a credited role, she didn't say anything, but the camera paused too long and too awkwardly on her face. I hope they don't make the same mistake in DH - assuming that's JKR, of course. But it sure looks like her. And hey, if I was in her position, I'd do it, too, just for fun.

It could be her. And it's not unprecedented. Lots of authors do/have done it - Peter Benchley was in Jaws, Stephen King has done it several times, Louis Sarchar was in Holes...
