(temporary) Veganism. Day 1.

It was fine.

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, soya milk, sweetener, brew.
snack: banana
snack: pumpkin seeds.
Lunch: thai sweet chilli noodles with sweetcorn
Snack: Fruit bars. I can't explain what they are. they are like, made entirely of dried fruit. Really nice though.
Dinner: nut burger in a seeded batch with salsa and homegrown (NOM!) lettuce, onion rings, ( Read more... )

You should try the World Wide Supermarket at the start of the curry mile. I'm part time vegan and I do most of my shopping there - it's fit.
