Jels, that was lovely! It takes a while sometimes, but Charlie DOES catch on eventually. You did a nice job of showing that Amita is a tad absent-minded as well.

Thank you! The story that I had in mind for "Bitter Schmoop" didn't pan out. Glad I came across the Choc_Fic prompts.

I think that these two make a good pair. They have different obstacles than other people, but I'm sure they can handle them.

Oh, I liked this a lot! There aren't enough Amita fics out there, and I really enjoyed seeing Charlie from her perspective...and seeing Charlie trying hard to be a good boyfriend, in his own fashion. So sweet!

Also, your title is one of the most clever I've ever seen; that, along with the lemons/lemonade stuff, were really solid and subtle uses of the prompt. Nicely done!

When I tried to think of a schmoopy fic for the prompt "bitter", the idea of making lemonade from lemons came to mind. Glad it worked!

I agree, there's not nearly enough Amita fiction. I'm trying to collect Amita fiction and recs at my Amita_Rocks comm.

I love it Jels!! This was so great. I loved that Amita sent herself flowers. I really like that you had her progress from her thoughts of being neglected, to neglecting Charlie, to Charlie neglecting himself. And I did not know about the lemon trick with flowers. I will have to remember that.

Plus the Goth chick and Baby Stats! was just cute.

I think that Charlie is as likely to neglect himself as he is anyone else. It's those dang SDKGers numbers.
