I remember it, so you're not hallucinating. I don't think it was on live journal though. I have a funny feeling in might have been nominated for a numb3rs award a few years back so you might want to check there. There's also a scene of Margaret trying to teach Charlie to talk because he isn't speaking yet and the specialist was trying to teach him sign language.
