Have you tried irena_adler? She has a huge, ongoing series called the Watson universe and the masterlist for it is here.

A lot of the Watson universe is set around the unease/jealousy that is between Don and Charlie and how that plays out when they end up competing for the same lover/s.

The main story you're looking for in this 'verse is Looking For Love which has a BDSM scene gone wrong, resulting in much rape, abuse and angsting for Don. I particularly like how everyone else comes to deal with the fall out, especially Alan and Megan.

I just started rereading Numb3rs fics, so I'd like to recommend Alleyways by theallbadhat. It's sadly unfinished and its been a few years since an update so my hopes aren't good for it ever being finished, but its really good and is 19 chapters and if you don't mind Don left in a bad place give it a chance! The rape itself is vague but Don an d Alan dealing with the effects is fantasticlly written!

Yes, the first one is about Colby being raped, and Colby's hurt pretty bad in this one, but Don is really abused in this one. He's kidnapped, raped and tortured. This one is slash, with Don being interested in Colby. Ian's there as well, and he and Don are kind of hooked up.
