I search for stories in which Don and Billy are (sort of) best friends and Charlie is jealous of that friendship that he hoped have with his brother.

Well, I found one with a jealous Charlie but it’s not a Don/Billy friendship. Don is kind of best friends with an OMC and Charlie is jealous of that. It is also an incest fic.
