Rob Morrow to recur on Designated Survivor

For those of us not following Rob Morrow on Instagram, he's playing a recurring character on 'Designated Survivor'. His first ep was last week. (Not last night.) He plays a down and out reporter, and he looked so scruffy and disreputable that it took me a while to recognize him!

Okay, but most important point... are his beautiful forearms exposed?

I don't recall seeing forearms. But that's not to say that there won't be exposed forearms in the future. *g*
