Numb3rs Het Summer Challenge
Welcome to the 3rd Annual numb3rs-het Summer Challenge!
As always, the purpose of this challenge is to have fun and be creative! Here's how it works: Below you will find a table with three columns--one each for person, place, and thing. There are 40 prompts in each category. Look through the table and pick one word from each column, comment to tell me the number/word you've chosen for each, and then write a story incorporating all three prompts. How you incorporate them and to what extent is completely up to you.
Each prompt may only be claimed once, and are first-come, first-served. I will strike them as they are claimed, but please take a glance at the comments before signing up, in case I am away from the computer and unable to edit the post immediately.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to create a non-fic piece of fanart (e.g. manip, drawing, vid, wallpaper, etc.), you are more than welcome to. Prompt rules are the same (pick one word from each category and incorporate all three), but artists have free reign and may choose prompts that have already been claimed. Please indicate in your comment if you plan to create fanart rather than fic.

Minimum word count: 300 words
Rules
--Your fic may be any rating, from G to NC-17.
--As with all fic posted at numb3rs_het, it must have primarily het content, though secondary slash pairings are absolutely fine.
--Fic must contain at least one canon Numb3rs character or be very firmly set in the Numb3rs universe (e.g. you could write from the POV of an OMC/OFC criminal couple being pursued by Don's team).
--Crossovers and AUs are welcome.
--Fic must be posted with proper headings, including at least the following:

It is strongly encouraged that you have your fic betaed before posting. :-) If you don't know where to find a beta, let me know and I might be able to help you.

ETA: You may sign up for a maximum of 3 sets of prompts (that is, to write 3 fics), unless there is a surplus on the last day of sign-ups, in which case I'll let you take whatever you want. ;-) I do encourage you to wait a few days before requesting second/third sets, to give other people more opportunity. It's been a few days since sign-ups opened, so go ahead and request up to three at once, if you'd like.
