so after resolving to not drive whilst thoroughly intoxicated i seem to have done it again, and this time finally my luck runs out. while i've been meaning to ride my bike to work lately i didn't exactly want the police forcing me to. i thought for a good three hungover hours in my personal rectangular metal hell why did i do it. and i came up with ( Read more... )

ye olde DWI. as of tomorrow at 1:59 am i am unable to legally drive until either december first or when i pay my (bound to be fucking huge) fine (to be determined on my court date in october) whichever happens later. i also have the extraordinary pleasure of whatever they decide to throw at me, be it more jail time or probation. and those stupid guilt trip classes down at the depot. i'm not going to enjoy the next three months very much, i'd imagine.
