Sorry I seem to be very lax at posting anything anywhere. Physically I'm a wreck, but improving daily and managing the balance between recovery, activity and rest reasonably well. Emotionally, better than I've been in a while, I've managed to stop beating myself up when I prove I'm not perfect and to stop blaming myself for things that are beyond my control - well, mostly anyway. Trying to use the additional enforced rest to do some reassessment and some goal setting.
